Officer Statement :Summary Strike Team 1, Evacuated Pedestrians on the corner of Fours Seasons and Las Vegas Boulevard. Later, cleared the Michael Jackson Theatre.
Acevedo
Officer Statement:Summary: Worked with Officer Ibe. Went to rally point at DTAC and loaded up with MACTAC Gear. Worked the Fremont and 3rd Street area. Walked the Fremont Street for Possible secondary attack.
Adkins
Officer Statement: Summary: Received briefing from SGT Everett. Responded to intersection of Reno and Giles. Saw 2 females with gunshot wounds, one to the stomach and one to the mouth.Called on Radio “Two females shot, Reno and Giles”. brought women in squad car to Tropicana and Koval and loaded them into Medicwest ambulance. Cleared the stage and surrounding buildings in the venue and provided security for the performers hiding on buses.

Aki: Officer Statement Summary: Briefed by SGT Mendoza. Made contact with SGT Riddle at Mandalay Bay and helped clear the casino. Later transported civilians to Thomas and Mack Center.
Albright
Officer Statement Summary: Attended Route 91 off-duty with SGT McAnally, seated in Coca Cola Suite 2. Heard initial 5 explosions. Noticed Male in suite bleeding from gunshot, didn’t know if victim was shot there or ran there for cover. Broke through the fence behind the Coca Cola Suite to get the man in wheelchair to medical. Separated from McAnally, and joined up with officers outside the fence line including Peralta and his trainee. Someone gave him a Shotgun, and they formed a 4 man element evacuating attendees out the gate they entered in. Saw a man holding an injured person with shot to the head. Crossed over through center concession stand to the west side of the venue. Saw multiple casualties on the ground.Worked their way toward the bathrooms and ran into Michael Tran. After they cleared the bathroom trailers they headed back to the east gates. Here tour security asked them to help evacuate people from the tour buses. He escorted them down Ali Baba to the Quail Air Center in an open building. When Left he returned to the buses, the decision was made to keep people on buses so they returned back to Quail Air Center to guard to people. When they got there they heard that the group was moved to Tropicana and Koval. He returned to the venue at gate 4a. A Live Nation employee asked him, McAnally and Tran to clear Connex Boxes looking for two of their employees.
Alexander, N: Officer Statement Summary: Homeland Security Team responded to HQ to get MACTAC equipment. Formed Strike team with Bates, SGT Phillips, and Buchinski and responded initially to Paris Hotel. Responded to Bellagio and security confirmed that there were no shots there. Responded to Command Post and were Force protection for Fire Department at Mandalay Bay. Assisted evacuation onto buses to UNLV. Provided security for deceased bodies at Tropicana, Hooters, and Las Vegas BLVD.
Allen, M: Officer Statement Summary: Officer was assigned to movement at the South Tower of the Clark County Detention Center. Facility was Code Orange upon his arrival.
Amburgey:
Officer Statement Summary: Off-Duty attended Route 91 with fiance’. Route 91 security would not allow Law Enforcement Officers to bring their weapons into the Venue. His weapon and tactical vest was secured in his car in the Southeast dirt parking lot. Wasn’t able to get to his car. During Aldean, stood on grassy area on East Side of stage near the fence that separated the center of the venue. Heard 3 pops and thought they were firecrackers. Saw smoke from center of the crowd east side of the stage. Heard another round of pops and recognized it as gunfire. Started to move east with fiance’ and people around him and then the automatic gunfire started. He thought it was from inside the venue.Shoved fiance’ and friend to the ground, and told them to get up when it stops firing.Saw a female on the ground with blood on face and neck, tried to help her when a man picked her up and brought her east. Ran toward Coca Cola Suites, heard multiple gunshots going off at the same time, but now thinks that it was bullets striking the metal at the Coca Cola Suites. Hid behind the metal on the east side of Coca Cola Suites and covered fiance’. They were getting trampled on and he noticed an injury to his right knee.Moved North along Coca Cola suites and found an exit on Giles Street, walked East and went through hole in the fence. Saw a deceased woman leaning against a white SUV with multiple gunshots to the chest. Loaded Fiance’ and friend into a truck and he jumped up onto the tailgate. Yelled from the truck to people heading to the deadend at the airport hangers. Told them to go to Haven street.
Directed the Truck Driver through dirt road to Haven Street and then directed him to South Central Area Command to get his Tactical Gear. Entered I-15 near the Town Square Mall Ramp.Jumped out of the Truck and ran northbound on the freeway to get clear cars from the emergency lane. A few hundred citizens spread out along 2 miles of emergency lane to keep it clear for hours. Ran back to the truck where his fiance’ was. Saw another truck with blood all over and a gunshot victim that didn’t survive.
